MORNING ROUTINE 10min

ELIXIR FOR ETERNAL YOUTH

5 Tibetan exercises are a group of yoga exercises that are considered the elixir of eternal youth because they improve the flexibility of the body and also bring enormous benefits on a mental level.

They are ideal for practising in the morning, especially if you want to start the day with the right energy, but they are also excellent as warm-up exercises before physical activity. In just twenty minutes a day, preferably on an empty stomach, you can improve from day to day and gradually increase the number of repetitions.

The Tibetan tradition requires each of the five Tibetans to be repeated 21 times. My advice is to take a gradual approach instead: Start with 3 or 4 repetitions per ritual and get ready to experience a beautiful encounter between your mind and your body.

Consistent daily performance of the 5 Tibetans brings:

Increased energy

Strengthening of the muscles

greater elasticity

strengthening of the body in general

improved breathing

stress reduction

Increased mental clarity and ability to concentrate

mental serenity

Every movement corresponds to a message that our body sends:

Every movement corresponds to a message that our body sends:

1.I flow freely with the events of life

2.I give charge and strength to every cell in my body

3.I open my heart to the sky

4.the power of life pulsates within me

5. the flexibility of my body moulds my spirit

I personally LOVE this sequence not only because of its simplicity (you can even do it as a short break during the day instead of a coffee or cigarette break!)

but above all because the movement associated with the energetic meaning gives it a superpower and immediately restores its vitality and good humour!
